Personal: There was no way Sarah could escape the shooting bug, growing up as she did with her brother and father, both trap shooters; her mother, who shoots pistol; and her sister, a rifle shooter like Sarah. Sarah herself also shoots trap for fun. A member of the national honor roll, she uses her academic and sporting success to educate other young people about the positive aspects of the shooting sports through reports, video presentations, and speeches.
